QuickConsult : – ASK A DOCTOR

Do you have a medical problem that requires an immediate opinion from a world-class medical expert? QC may well be what you need! By using your computer or a portable smart device, and logging into the BlackHealthOnline (BHO) web portal, or through the BHO app, you can upload relevant medical records and ask our doctors questions to get very quick answers for a small fee. BHO offers the QC service to all its members, but BHO Gold members are entitled to a 30% discount each time they request a QuickConsult.

    STEP 1:Download our BHO App and/or login into BlackHealthOnline.com using a computer or a smart mobile device.

    STEP 2:Register to become a BHO member and select membership type or Login as a returning member. BHO Gold members .

    STEP 3:Complete a medical questionnaire on the Health Profile page, upload relevant medical records including laboratory tests, pathology reports, reports of x-ray examinations, images of CAT scans and MRI, etc.

    STEP 4:Choose QC: to ask your question(s), describe your problems, and upload medical records.

    STEP 5:Make a payment using credit card, debit card or any other available online payment methods on the site.

    STEP 6:: Check your email box for a QC payment confirmation. (Don’t forget to check Junk/Spam email if not seen in your regular email).

    STEP 7:Within 24 hours of your QC submission, one of our doctors will send a written response, in the form of “Assessment and Plan” of action for you and your doctor, to the email address you have provided.

ExpandedConsult : – SEE A DOCTOR

Do you have an immediate need to see or talk to a doctor? EC is your solution and this you can access by downloading a BlackHealthOnline (BHO) App or login to BlackHealthOnline.com using your computer or smart mobile device.

Using this service, you can upload relevant medical records, describe your medical problem(s), and schedule a 20-minute appointment to consult with a world-class North American or Western European trained physicians through video chat, live chat, or audio chat for a low fee. BHO offers the EC service to all its members, but BHO Gold members are entitled to a 30% discount each time they request an ExpandedConsult.

    STEP 4:Choose EC: Select mode of communication, set up an appointment with a doctor by selecting three time slots in the future, one of which will be confirmed by a BHO Consultant, describe your problems, and upload medical records.

    STEP 6:: Check your email box for EC payment confirmation. (Don’t forget to check Junk/Spam email if not seen in your regular email).

    STEP 7:Within 72 hours of EC request submission, an appointment time slot for the consultation with a BHO doctor will be confirmed for you by email.

    STEP 8:Following the consultation with our doctor, a written response in the form of “Assessment and Plan” of action for you and your doctor will be sent to the email address you have provided.

MyChart (MC) : – MY ONLINE MEDICAL RECORD

MyChart is an online repository of patient medical records that BlackHealthOnline (BHO) members can access, for medical record storage, through the portal at anytime from anywhere around the world, as long they can access the Internet with a mobile device or a computer.

In MyChart are various folders including: “Doctor’s report”, “EKG”, “Echo”, Medications list, Vaccination record, CAT scan, etc. Through MyChart, BHO members are able to upload and store their medical records securely on the BHO portal, and can also periodically update the stored records by uploading new information to the appropriate folder(s) as it becomes available to them.

Using MyChart, BHO members are also able to keep track of their drug allergies, medications list, vaccination records, lab reports, prior visits’ records from their various doctors, x-ray reports, prior EKG reports, etc. All these are relevant data that can positively impact safety as well as medical care costs to members if made readily available when needed by other health care providers. Encounters between the BHO members and any BHO physician that take place through QuickConsult or ExpandedConsult will generate a medical report that will be archived on MyChart in the BHO portal, ensuring continuity of care, and enabling the members to have future access to a secure record of their interaction with a BHO physician network doctor.

    STEP 2:First register to become a BHO Member, then pay your annual BHO Gold Membership fee, which then entitles you to unlimited access to MC at no additional cost to you.

    STEP 4:Complete a medical questionnaire on the Health profile page .

    STEP 5:Choose MC and you will see folders for medical records storage.

    STEP 6:Upload your records to the appropriate folder(s). You are able to drag documents between folders.

MyHealthTrends (MHT) : – KEEPS AN EYE ON YOU

This is a comprehensive medical record review service offered through BlackHealthOnline (BHO). Through the MHT platform, BHO expert doctors are keeping an eye on your health through all the records you provide to the site.

MHT gives you peace of mind, knowing that our expert doctors are covering your back through thorough review of all relevant medical records uploaded in our system. Using a team-based approach that the MHT process offers, our expert doctors will conduct a systematic review of your medical records, laboratory test results, imaging reports, and prescription records, consolidated in MyChart, in order to identify any dangerous medication interactions, or inconsistent treatment plans that our members are getting from different care locations. MHT's built-in surveillance system aims to identify emerging health issues such as cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, heart diseases, or other dangerous illnesses before they get out of control. BHO offers the MHT service to all its members, but BHO Gold members get a 30% discount for MyHealthTrends.

    STEP 3:Upgrade to a BHO Gold member by paying the annual membership fee of $12. This will then entitle you, at no additional cost, to unlimited access to MyChart to store the medical records that you will want our doctors to review.

    STEP 4: Complete a medical questionnaire on the Health Profile page, upload relevant medical records including laboratory tests, pathology reports, reports of x-ray examinations, images of CAT scans and MRI, etc.

    STEP 5:Choose MHT service and provide additional information, if any, in the box provided.

    STEP 6:Pay the appropriate annual MHT fee.

    STEP 7:Submit your request for an MHT review, and within 7 days, one of our BHO doctors will make contact with you and thereafter provide you with an “Assessment and Plan” based on the records you have provided, and this will be repeated again in 6 months to complete the paid for one year of MHT service.
